Our molding process is a combination of injection molding and sintering technology. With over 30 years of experience, we have developed and refined processes that allow us to injection mold complex components with diverse geometries: threads, different profiles, undercuts, sharp edges as well as different wall thickness. This kind of innovation is necessary when dealing with materials that are too costly or impossible to manufacture via traditional processes.
