As a privately held Canadian company in business since 1957, Lofthouse has developed and refined the forging processes allowing us to manufacture complex components with diverse geometries. With our highly automated production process we consistently manufacture high strength near net shape forgings with no porosity and improved grain structure. This kind of innovation, coupled with state of the art machining, allows us to cost effectively manufacture extremely complex components to close geometric tolerances.
Our modern Burks Falls and Whitby, Ontario facilities contain over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space dedicated to the production of high quality components that are sold to a number of North American industries including Plumbing, Automotive, Hardware, Medical, HVAC, and Solenoid markets.
