Continental International, established in 1970, is a "World Class Supplier" of O-rings, seals and custom molded rubber components, including abrasive products, with joint venture manufacturing facilities on a world basis. We supply many industry leaders with these products for their use in applications with brakes, four wheel drive systems, cooling systems, valves, automotive lighting, control devices, consumer lighting products and fractional horsepower motors. All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO9000 certified, including several plants which have now achieved QS-9000 certification.
Quality is of utmost importance to our company. In the Spring 1997, United Registrar of Systems Ltd. awarded the QS-9000 & ISO9002 certifications to our headquarters location. In the Fall 1998, the State of Indiana presented Continental the 1998 State of Indiana Quality Improvement Award in recognition of our leadership and achievement in the field of quality.
